2026 Payment & Cancellation Policy, Plus Parking Location

Payment must accompany reservations when booking Day Trip outings by phone or in person. For those who prefer to mail in a check, the check must reach us within 10 (ten) business days of the reservation or the reservation will be re-opened for sale.   Cancellations within 45 (forty-five) days of an event will NOT be refunded nor credited. Due to escalating costs, this policy is business prudent as Morgan & Nay must pay in full for all tickets, coach contracts and expenses upfront.  All trips depart from the small parking lot behind the M&N Monument Centre (old bank) immediately west of the funeral home. Please do not use parking space in the funeral home area itself. To ensure we reach destinations in a timely manner, trips leave promptly at the designated departure time. In addition, the Series complies with all government health mandates, plus any individual policies set by visiting venues.
