Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mr. William Lewis "Billy" Turner, Jr. Mr. William Lewis "Billy" Turner, Jr., age 69, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on October 25, l951 in Jefferson County, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late William Lewis, Sr. and Betty Jean Louden Turner. He was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. On March 16, l979, he was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Vance in Madison, Indiana. This happy union of 41 years was blessed with a daughter, Charity Michelle and a son, Christopher Michael. He retired from Hanover College after 20 years of service as a custodian. Earlier he worked for Kentuckiana Paving for 12 years and a short time at Marble Hill. Billy was a faithful member of Kent Christian Church. He enjoyed IU basketball, Cincinnati Reds baseball and volunteering at House of Hope. He was a devoted husband, loving dad and grandpa. Billy died on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Please Click Here to View the Video Tribute A LOVING FAMILY Billy will be missed by his loving wife of 41 years, Patricia Ann Vance Turner of Madison, Indiana; his loving daughter, Charity Michelle Withers of Henry County, Kentucky; his loving son, Christopher Michael Withers of Madison, Indiana; his brother, Harley "Rick" Turner of Madison, Indiana; his grandson, Jason Ray Downey; his mother in law, Jean Vance Welsh of Madison, Indiana; his aunt, Delores Louden of Madison, Indiana; his sisters in law, Pam Lyle and Nancy Vance; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, William Lewis Turner, Sr., his mother, Betty Jean Louden Turner, and his brothers, Mike Turner, Charles Tyke Turner, and Keith Turner. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., by Bro. Brian Schulz at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Dupont Cemetery in Dupont, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may visit Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
