Tre Shardelle Marcus Colber Obituary (1992

Mr. Tre` Shardelle Marcus "Boogie" Colber, age 19, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on November 9, 1992 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of Mark E. Lewis & Tanya L. Colber. Tre` had resided all of his life in Jefferson County and was a 2011 graduate of Southwestern High School in Hanover, Indiana. He had enjoyed participating in the Jefferson County 4-H and had attended the diesel mechanics program through the vocational school. He had also enjoyed umpiring at the Hanover Parks Department programs as well. Tre` loved nature and the outdoors. He loved to hunt, fish and was a fan of International Harvester. Tre` was a football and basketball fan, collected knives, fishing equipment and hunting equipment. He loved big equipment and loved to drive farm machinery. Tre` was a very giving individual and felt it necessary to be a giver of life by signing a donor card. His memory and his life will live on by the gift of organs and tissue that he has bequeathed. Tre` loved to spend time with his family, friends and playing corn hole. Tre` died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 3:30 a.m., in a car accident, 1/2 mile West of Grange Hall Road on State Road 256 in Madison, Indiana. Colber of Madison, Indiana; his loving father & step mother: Mark E. & Debbie Lewis of Madison, Indiana; his loving sister: Kaneesha Lewis of Madison, Indiana, Janay Lewis of Madison, Indiana, Jamilah Chatham & her husband, Casey of Madison, Indiana; his loving nephews: Quincy Reynolds & Averi Chatham; his loving girlfriend: Bailey Owens of Hanover, Indiana; his loving grandparents: Gary & Donna Colber of Lexington, Indiana, Robert & Nancy Lewis of Madison, Indiana; his aunts & uncles: Dawn & Scott Kloss of Madison, Indiana, Marsha & Raul Reyes of Madison, Indiana, Horace Lewis of Columbus, Indiana; several great aunts, great uncles, cousins & other relatives. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mercedes Lewis. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., by the Rev. J.D. Traylor and the Rev. Robert Scott at the North Madison Christian Church, 1400 East State Road 62 in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the New Prospect Cemetery near Saluda, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Wednesday from 12 Noon - 8:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at the North Madison Christian Church, 1400 East State Road 62 in Madison, Indiana. JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SALUTE Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Ceremony, Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
