Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mr. Terry Lee Holt Mr. Terry Lee Holt, age 57, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on April 6, 1956 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of Philip Lee and Zelpha Kirby Holt. He was raised in Madison and was a 1974 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School, where he played football and ran track. He had attended Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana. Terry had been employed as a truck driver with H & H Trucking in Madison for several years and then with Carpet Max as a carpet transporter for several years. He enjoyed his family, animals, model airplanes, especially WW II models, was an artist and was an excellent marksman. Terry was of the Protestant faith. Terry died on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at 2:34 am at the Hanover Health & Rehab Center in Hanover, Indiana. A LOVING FAMILY Terry will be missed by his loving father and step mother, Joanne Holt of Rockledge, Florida; his loving mother, Zelpha Kirby Holt of Hanover, Indiana; his loving brother, Randy Holt of Madison, Indiana; his loving niece, Hannah Holt; his loving aunts, Mary Holt of Madison, Indiana, Virginia Miller of Rockledge, Florida;several cousins and other relatives . He was preceded in death by grandparents, Allen and Leah Holt; Elbert and Fostina Kirby. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 11:00 am, by Dr. Matthew Stultz at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens near Madison, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Monday from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana.
