Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mrs. Teresa Anne Kollman LookatchMrs. Teresa Anne (Kollman) Lookatch, of Madison and formerly of Bloomington, Indiana, passed away peacefully in her sleep early on Christmas Eve after a 10 year battle with muscular dystrophy and related illnesses. The loving daughter of John F. and Patricia "Pat" Dunford Kollman, Teresa entered into this life on January 17, 1962 in Frankfort, Indiana. Teresa was raised in Elletsville and graduated from Edgewood High School, where she was a gymnast for many years. While growing up, she attended St. Charles Catholic Church in Elliotsville. Teresa was a registered nurse, certified in neonatal intensive care and worked at Bloomington Hospital for 17 years, then provided home care to children for the remainder of her career. Teresa was united in marriage on April 24, 1993 to Richard Lookatch. She enjoyed attending football games and NCAA basketball tournaments, Indy car races, square-dancing, gymnastics and travels to every part of the world with her husband until muscular dystrophy set in. Teresa had a love for basset hounds, especially hers, Clyde and Whimpey.
