Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mrs. Tabitha "Tabby" Ann Doss Flores Mrs. Tabitha Ann Doss Flores, age 28, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on March 22, 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of Penny Marie Wood Hernandez. She had resided in Madison since the age of nine and was a 2009 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. While going to school she often would volunteer her time to help others. She had worked for three years at McDonald's in Hanover and then as a cashier at Taco Bell in Carrollton. She was a member of the Family Worship Center in Carrollton, Kentucky where she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. She dearly loved her daughter and enjoyed taking her to the park, participating in Zumba, and being with her family. Tabitha died on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at 2:10 p.m. in a car accident on I 71 at the 39 mile marker in the South bound lane near Carrollton, Kentucky. Click Here for Tribute VideoA LOVING FAMILY Tabitha Ann Doss Flores will be missed by her loving daughter, Ava Noelle Grace Flores of Carrollton, Kentucky; her loving mother, Penny Marie Wood Hernandez of Carrollton, Kentucky; her loving sisters, Crystal Martinez and her husband, Luciano Martinez-Reyes of Madison, Indiana, Marissa Shook and her companion Robert Reyna of Ghent, Kentucky; her companion, Jonathan Herrera-Alvarez in Worthville, Indiana; her half brothers, Colt Hanaway of Florence, Kentucky, Jedidiah Hanaway of California; her step sisters, Amanda Shook of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Elizabeth Shook of Corydon, Indiana, Stephanie Shook of Corydon, Indiana; her uncle, Anthony Wood and his wife Linda of Manville, Indiana; her aunts, Julie Futrell of Louisiana, Connie Jean Barker and her husband Scott of Three Rivers, Washington, Alma Hanaway and her husband Jim of North Vernon, Indiana; her nieces and nephews, Adriano Martinez, Bradley Martinez, Lylia Martinez, Esmeralda Hernandez, Kimberlee Reyna, Ximena Reyna, Kiera Reyna, and Emily Reyna; numerous cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her grandma, Phyllis Jean McAdams Miller, died February 17, 2015 and her grandpa, Howard Miller, died December 3, 2011. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Family Worship Center, 2520 Kentucky 227 in Carrollton, Kentucky. Graveside services will follow on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Bayless Cemetery in Madison, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Thursday from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Family Worship Center, 2520 Kentucky 227 in Carrollton, Kentucky.MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS Memorial contributions may be made to the Tabitha Flores Remembrance Fund.
