Mrs. Susan Louise Norris McNamara

Mrs. Susan Louise Norris McNamara, age 62, of Lexington, Indiana entered this life on September 11, 1955 in Jefferson County, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late Edward, Sr., and Laura O'Neal Norris. She was raised in Jefferson County and was a 1973 graduate of Southwestern High School in Hanover. In 1980 she graduated from Prossor receiving her LPN. In 1998 Susan was united in marriage to Robert McNamara, Sr. in Watertown, Massachusetts. She worked all of her career as a LPN having worked at North Side Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida for 20 years, King's Daughters' Hospital, area nursing homes, home health and the Madison Dermatology Office. She was a member of Jefferson Post 9 of the American Legion Auxiliary. Susan enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, thrift stores, collecting light houses and dearly loved her patients. Susan died on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 4:23 a.m. at her home in Lexington, Indiana with her family at her side.

A LOVING FAMILY
Susan will be missed by her loving husband, Robert McNamara, Sr. of Lexington, Indiana; her loving daughter, Shari Carter and her husband, Les of Lexington, Indiana; her step son, Robert "Robin" McNamara, Jr. and his wife, Tara of Clermont, Florida; her grandchildren, Tim, Cassie, Bre, Brandon, Josh, Ashley, Jayden, Mandy, and Gracie; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Braxtyn, Adalyna, Janse, and Huck; her step grandchildren, Robert James, Dillon, Trevor, and Samantha; her niece and caregiver, Chrissy Norris Clark of Lexington, Indiana; her brother, Edward L. Norris of Kent, Indiana; several brothers in law and sisters in law; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her her father, Edward Norris, Sr., her mother, Laura O'Neal Norris, and her sister, Lenora Jean Copeland.

FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 26, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.

VISITATION
Friends may call Saturday from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
