Sherri Lynn Naylor Wells

Mrs. Sherri Lynn Naylor Wells, age 49, of Hanover, Indiana, entered this life on August 19, 1961 in Madison, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of Russell E. "Cap" & Ottie Mae "Ginger" Centers Bilz. She was raised in Madison and was a 1979 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. She attended Ivy Tech nursing program. She resided in Louisville for 16 years and worked for the Arthur Murray Dance Studio and danced professionally for several years. She was united in marriage in 1986 to Mike Moore. She had worked for many years as a waitress at Marianne's in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was a devoted mother, Nanna and enjoyed her family. She enjoyed drawing, visiting the elderly, dancing, gardening and raising sun flowers. She was raised in the Grace Baptist Church where she was baptized. She now attended the Faith Covenant Church in downtown Madison. She had enjoyed working as a missionary in Louisville, Kentucky earlier in life. Sherri died Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 1:20 p.m. at her home in Hanover Indiana. A LOVING FAMILY Sherri will be missed by her loving daughter: Jade Moore & her companion, Brandon Duncan of Madison, Indiana; her loving son: Logan Zachariah Robinson of Madison, Indiana; her loving father: Russell E. "Cap" Bilz of Madison, Indiana; her loving sister: Dewona Kay Chamberlain & her husband, Daniel of Louisville, Kentucky; her adopted brother: Chris Lee Logsdon of Madison, Indiana; her uncle & aunt: Walter "Jim" & Vicki Centers of Madison, Indiana; her adoring grandchildren: Conner, Kjeston, Taylor, Troy, Gracie & Autumn; her cousins: Tami Brindle, Claude "Chip" Facemire, Christy Barron & James Centers. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ottie Mae "Ginger" Centers Bilz died, May 30, 2010; her grandparents, Walter Centers, Alzie Ada Amburghey Centers Garriott, Richard Garriott, Helen Nadine & Francis Bilz; her aunt & uncle Shirley & Claude Facemire. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., by the Reverend Joel Almaroad and Pastor Judy Howard-Stater at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive, Madison, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until time of the service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS Memorial contributions may be made to the Sherri Lynn Wells Memorial Fund. Cards are available at the funeral home.
