Ned "Dan" R. Mcnamer

Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mr. Ned R. "Dan" McNamer Mr. Ned R. "Dan" McNamer, age 74, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on April 2, 1942 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. He was the son of the late, Pete and Helen Webb McNamer. He resided his early life in Ohio and attended school there. He was a construction worker in Ohio all of his working career. His earlier in life marriages resulted in the birth of three sons and a daughter. He enjoyed horse racing, football, basketball, going to yard sales, flea markets, and antique shops. Dan was united in marriage to Sherry L. Adams on October 18, 1995 in North Vernon, Indiana. They enjoyed the past twenty years of marriage together. Dan died on Sunday, April 10, 2016, at 3:55 p.m. at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana. Adams McNamer of Madison, Indiana; his sisters in law and brothers in laws, Ruth and Dale Hyatt of Osgood, Indiana, Linda and Mitch Pickett, William Adams of Versailles, Indiana, Cindy and Anthony Walker of Versailles, Indiana, Robert Adams; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives . He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Helen Webb McNamer, his sisters, Betty Webb, Norma Jean Caudy and Shirley Gillenwater, and his nephew, Steve Caudy. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 17, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., by Pastor Stephen Mullins at the Tanglewood Baptist Church, 1739 South County Road 175 West near Versailles, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Tanglewood Cemetery near Versailles, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Sunday from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Tanglewood Baptist Church, 1739 South County Road 175 West near Versailles, Indiana.MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
