"Junior" Lewis T. Dean, Jr. Obituary (1972

Mr. Lewis Thomas Dean, Jr., age 49 of Milton, Kentucky, entered this life on October 12, 1972 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He was the loving son of the late Lewis Thomas, Sr. and Edith Louise "Red" Conner Dean. A life-long resident of Trimble County, he graduated in 1991 from Trimble County High School and was raised in the Baptist faith. Junior enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR and watching the Indianapolis Colts. He was employed early in life on the family farm, raising tobacco and other crops. Junior was united in marriage to Christie Lee Carnell on September 10, 2016 in Milton, Kentucky by Pastor David "Milkweed" Wotier. He loved his wife and referred to her as his "person" on a daily basis. He was currently employed with Madison Precision Products as a materials handler since 2015. He previously worked for Troxell Electric as an electrician and with Olacon as a technician. He loved his dog "Tuffy" and being with his grandkids. He dearly loved his niece, Kaelei. Junior died on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 7:53 a.m. at the Norton King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana. Please Click Here to View the Video Tribute. Please Click Here to View the Funeral Service Recording A LOVING FAMILY Junior will be missed by his loving wife Christie Lee Carnell Dean of Milton, Kentucky; his step son, Austin Anders of Illinois; his step daughter, Courtney "Philly" Smith of Illinois; his step grandchildren, Annabelle Anders and Sierra Clark; his mother in law, Carla Coburn of Mahomet, Illinois; his sister, Sheila Ann Wooten and her husband Stephen of Milton, Kentucky; his niece, Kaelei Ann Wooten of Milton, Kentucky; his brother in law, Daniel "Danny" Carnell (Dawn Foster) of Deland, Illinois; his nephew, Dallas Carnell of Mountain Home, Idaho; his aunts, Pat Patterson of Tennessee, Betty Dye of Indiana, Ada Hafley and her husband Robert of Indiana, and Mary Ross of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and several other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Thomas Dean, Sr. died November 21, 2013, his mother, Edith Louise "Red" Conner Dean died February 18, 2022, his grandparents, John and Margaret Smith Dean, and his grandparents, Phillip and Veda Lewis Vickrey Conner. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 22, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow at Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky.
