Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mrs. Constance "Connie" Helen Nichols Goodsell Mrs. Constance "Connie" Helen Nichols Goodsell, age 100, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on July 1, 1918 in Newburyport, Massachusetts. She was the loving daughter of the late Frank and Leona Emmons Nichols. She was raised in and attended school in New England and Maine area. She received her GED in New York and was proud of that fact. She had worked as an Elevator Operator at the Kodak Company early in life and later as a tabulator for Kodak in Rochester, New York. She moved to Northern Indiana in 1957 with her daughter, Charmane and lived there until 1986 when she moved to Madison, Indiana. Connie was a homemaker, mother, and grandmother who loved reading, playing the piano, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of Ryker's Ridge Baptist Church as long as her health permitted. Connie died on Friday, December 21, 2018, at 9:50 p.m. at the Hickory Creek of Madison in Madison, Indiana. Click Here for Tribute Video A LOVING FAMILY Connie will be missed by her loving daughter, Charmane Willis and her husband Terry of Milton, Kentucky; her loving granddaughter, Brooke Dreyer and her husband Ken of Milton, Kentucky; her loving grandson, Seth Willis and his wife Sarah of Milton, Kentucky; her adoring great grandchildren, Alexis Petty, Joshua Petty, Alexis Dreyer, Hope Dreyer, Brenleigh Willis, Emmerson Willis and Hudson Willis; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Nichols, her mother, Leona Emmons Nichols, and her sister, Agnes Seifken. CELEBRATION OF LIFE CEREMONY Memorial services will be conducted Friday, December 28, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., by Dr. Kevin Crouch and Dr. Paul Brewster at the Ryker's Ridge Baptist Church, 2601 North Ryker's Ridge Road near Madison, Indiana. Interment will be private on Friday in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky. VISITATION Friends may visit Thursday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the Ryker's Ridge Baptist Church, 2601 North Ryker's Ridge Road near Madison, Indiana.
