Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mrs. Ava N. Williams Vestile Mrs. Ava N. Williams Vestile, age 89, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on November 24, 1924 in Soper, Oklahoma. She was the loving daughter of William G. and Sarah Parker Williams. She was a graduate of high school in Oklahoma and moved to Indiana at the age of seventeen to be with her sister. Ava was united in marriage on November 3, 1945 to James Levi Vestile. This happy union of sixty seven years was blessed with two daughters, Lila and Sheila and a son, Kerry. James farmed near Canaan for many years and Ava took care of the home and prepared delicious meals for the farm hands and her family. She was a member of the Indian-Kentuck Baptist Church near Canaan and after they retired to Madison attended the North Madison Baptist Church. Ava enjoyed membership and fellowship in the Order of Eastern Star, Hanover Chapter No. 525. She enjoyed cooking, watching basketball and being with her family. Ava died on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 7:00 a.m. at the St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ragland of New Albany, Indiana; her loving son, Kerry L. Vestile and his wife, Tisha of Avon, Indiana; her brother, Jack Williams of Huntsville, Alabama; her sister in law, Imogene Storm and her husband, Graham of Fraser, Colorado; her grandchildren, Jason Crandell (Mindy), Zach Crandell (Cortni), Alex Ragland, Abigail Carter (Devin),James Tyler Vestile (Fiancee, Jenna Hill); her great grandchildren, Mallory, Jessa, and Brody Crandell and Dane Carter; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, William G. and Sarah Parker Williams; her husband of sixty seven years, James Levi Vestile, died October 16, 2012; her sisters, Freda and Ina Grace; her brothers, Leonard Williams, William E. Williams and Sunny Boy Williams. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 12, 2014, at 10:30 am, by Pastor Frank McGee at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Springdale Cemetery in downtown Madison, Indiana VISITATION Friends may call Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. EASTERN STAR SERVICE Hanover Chapter No. 525 Order of Eastern Star will conduct services on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
