Andrew Lee "Izzy" Salazar Obituary (1985

Mr. Andrew Lee "Izzy" Salazar, age 37 of Hanover, Indiana, entered this life on August 23, 1985 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He was the loving son of Juan Pablo and Jenny Lynn Farrington Salazar. He was raised in Vevay and Hanover communities and attended Switzerland County High School and graduated from Southwestern High School in 2005. In 2007, he became involved with Heidi Worthington and this six year relationship was blessed with a son, Max Quinton. He resided in Beaumont, Texas working in the refinery industry for five years. He worked in construction while living in Jefferson County and for TK Pools and Decking. He liked the landscaping business as well and for the past three years worked as a tattoo artist. Izzy, as he was known, liked drawing, graffiti, tattoos, collecting dice, batman, ninja turtles, fishing, hunting, skate boarding, low riders and baseball. He was a member of the New Heart Church of God and rededicated his life on Easter Sunday. Andrew died on Monday, April 10, 2023 at his home near Hanover, Indiana. Please Click Here to View the Video Tribute Please Click Here to View the Funeral Service Recording A LOVING FAMILY Andrew will be missed by his loving parents, Juan Pablo and Jenny Lynn Farrington Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his loving son, Max Quinton Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his loving sisters, Melissa Ann Wilson and her husband, Edward of Madison, Indiana, Jessi-Michaela Aline Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his nieces, Ava Marie Thomas and Brianna Nicole Wilson; his uncles and his aunts, Alex and Samantha Salazar, Gary and Darlene Farrington, JoAnn and Bill Grimshaw; his great uncles and great aunts, Manuel Salazar, Jose and Esther Salazar, Tomasa Santiago, Juana and Oscar Herrera, Jose Garibay, Guadalupe Garibay, and Edith Middleton; numerous cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Janice Farrington and Miguel and San Juana Salazar, his aunts and his uncle, Norma Salazar, Guadalupe Salazar, Maria Salazar, Fernando Salazar, and Debbie Farrington Matheney. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. by Pastor Jim Wilson and Bishop Aaron Powers at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow at a later date in the Mt. Zion Cemetery near Hanover, Indiana.
