Let Us Pause To Honor the Memory of Mrs. Aliene F. Sachleben Breitenbach Mrs. Aliene F. Sachleben Breitenbach, age 95, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on August 29, 1919 in Jefferson County, Indiana near Madison. She was the loving daughter of the late, William and Edna Detmer Sachleben. She resided in the Madison community most of her life and was a 1937 graduate of Central High School on Ryker's Ridge. She attended St. Mary Business College in downtown Madison. On January 24, 1942 Aliene was united in marriage to Joseph Breitenbach at St. Mary Catholic Church in downtown Madison. This happy union of twenty eight years was blessed with two sons, Robert and Timothy and one daughter, Mary Jane. She was employed with Ace Hardware in Madison for twenty years as a bookkeeper. She retired from Clifty Falls Convalescent Center after fifteen years of service as the administrator. Aliene was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Madison Business and Professional Women and the Daughter's of Isabell. She loved to travel, read and be with her family. She enjoyed wintering in Punta Gorda, Florida as long as her health permitted. Aliene died on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at 7:31 p.m. at the Sem Haven Healthcare Center in Milford, Ohio. Click Here for Funeral Service or Tribute Video A LOVING FAMILY Aliene will be missed by her loving sons, Robert J. Breitenbach and his wife, Sandra of Midlothian, Virginia, Timothy L. Breitenbach and his wife, Peg of Milford, Ohio; her loving daughter, Mary Jane Bayne and her husband, Tom of Ashland, Kentucky; her loving grandchildren, Angela, Gretchen, Derek, Sarah, Zachary, Joshua, Benjamin, & Chelsea; her adoring great grandchildren, Conner, Kathryn, Ethan, Sam, Zoe, Rosalie, Regan, Della, Irena & Charlotte; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Edna Detmer Sachleben, her husband of twenty eight years, Joseph "Joe" Breitenbach, died October 2, 1971, her brother, Leon Sachleben, died in 1981, and her sister, Lillian E. Smith, died July 19, 2014. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Funeral Mass will be conducted Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., by Father Christopher A. Craig at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 413 East Second Street in downtown Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Madison, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may call Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. THE ROSARY The Rosary will be prayed on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
