Aftercare

The staff of Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre is committed to our families. Unlike many funeral homes, our commitment does not end after the funeral service. We are so serious about this that we have a full-time grief specialist ready to assist with the many needs of our families.

Together we have created our Hope & Healing program; a comprehensive, professionally facilitated aftercare program that consists of:

  • A Continuing Care Packet which is provided to each family
  • A post-service follow-up visit from our grief specialist
  • A monthly facilitated grief support group for those experiencing the pain of loss
  • Holiday Helps booklet
  • Healing Helps pamphlets on a variety of grief-related issues
  • Our annual Holiday Remembrance Service
  • Anniversary Remembrance Card
  • An extensive grief resource and reference library
  • Information on and referrals to other area support groups
  • The Grief Journey - a monthly column published in the local newspapers on grief-related issues
  • A network of professionals partnering in educational seminars on everything from grief issues to estate planning
